Welcome to 30 Days of Gratitude. The exercises in this book have been designed to open your heart to the miracle of gratitude and the amazing changes that can happen when we become more grateful. Inside, you will find a new exercise for each day. Some are for you alone, while some include family members or friends. Most exercises are designed to take 5 to 10 minutes but on some days it will take a little longer. We ask that you set aside 5 to 10 minutes every morning when you will “take your seat” and become quiet and reflective, and then enter the exercise for the day.
